G3NYK's CFH plot for Sept. 23/24.
Here's a plot of CFH (Halifax Nova Scotia, 137kHz) over the night of 23/24th. You can see the big peak around 2230. The conditions never really recovered after that. Alan takes regular plots of CFH and reckons that it makes the 40dBu mark on a good night so there's plenty of opportunity for those of us without 150mtr high antennas!
For comparison, here's Alan's plot for the night that G3LDO made it across. Note the 10dB bigger peak.
